A four-building industrial complex in Southside was sold for $4.45 million.
The sale totals about 70,000 square feet of flex office/warehouse space. The property, located at 9556 Historic Kings Road, was fully leased at the time of the sale.
The buyer, who made the purchase through Historic Kings Road Plaza LLC, is an out-of-town investor who purchased another 55,000-square-foot property earlier this year.
Historic Kings RD LLC, the seller, had purchased the property in 2003 for $500,000, according to the deed. The four buildings were constructed about a year later.
