Jacksonville, FL based commercial real estate firm Prime Realty adds another shopping center to its portfolio of closed listings. This time, the company represented the buyer, Safari Plaza LLC, in the purchase of Baymeadows Festival Shopping Center for a price of $5,150,000.
The 43,000 sf retail center located at 8602 Baymeadows Road is currently 84% leased and home to national and regional tenants such as; Dollar Tree, Beauty Outlet, Gators Dockside, Larry’s Giant Subs, and Little Caesars.

Over the past two years, Prime Realty’s Associate Director Austin Kay has had the pleasure of assisting Safari Plaza LLC in the purchase of two different multi-tenant retail investments. The recently purchased Baymeadows Festival Shopping Center and the 2016 purchase of Shoppes of Baymeadows were bought from the same seller; Simpson Organization.
