Matthew Clark has spearheaded the Prime Realty Downtown initiative. He has most recently placed a restaurant on the corner of Broad St. and W. Duval St. Matthew worked hard on this lease, and we would like to congratulate him!
The restaurant, Might As Well Cafe, is due to open later this year.
