An Arby's location near Jacksonville International Airport changed hands Wednesday for $2.7 million.
Records show We Have The Meats JAX LLC bought the .9-acre property from Dale Kindermann. The 626 Airport Center Drive property is part of RIver City marketplace and contains a 39,141-square-foot building. It was last sold in 2007 for $2.1 million and $900,000 in 2006.
Prime Realty Associate Director Brett Dennis says the purchase follows the continued demand for triple net investment properties in Jacksonville. Referencing Costar, Dennis said there is only one active space available nearby that is between 1,300-3,100 square feet.
