Prime Realty announced July 7 that City Rescue Mission will lease the former Save A Lot space at 7200 Normandy Blvd. The nonprofit, which provides emergency services to the homeless, will use the 27,000-square-feet space for a thrift store.
Prime Realty’s Kayla Deguzman leased the space on behalf of the owner, Lake Mary-based Sandefur Properties. The former Save A Lot space at 7200 Normandy Blvd. east of Interstate 295. “We generated a lot of interest in the former Save-A-Lot space,” Deguzman said in a news release. “But in the end, the landlord chose City Rescue for their strong ties to the community and the retail traffic they will drive to the shopping center.”
City Rescue Mission operates Recovered Treasures: A City Rescue Mission Thrift Store at 5343 Normandy Blvd. Dollar Tree, Papa Johns, Conviva Care Center, El Potro Mexican Restaurant and Waffle House lease space in the shopping center.
