Riverside is getting a new tap house as it says goodbye to a legacy bar.
Brewzstead LLC, which is owned by The Volstead owner George Cunningham, has purchased the building that formerly housed Dahlia's Pour House at 2695 Post St. Cunningham has partnered with Brewz owner Brian Slucker to open a Brewz concept there.
Brewz will lease back the building from Brewzstead LLC.
The 2,440-square-foot space was sold on Friday for $508,000, according to Prime Realty Associate Director Conrad Boylan, who represented the seller in the deal.
Brewz has locations in Atlantic Beach and Bartram Park. Slucker launched the concept in 2016.
Cunningham said they are aiming to open the new location in about two months.
