So exciting to see this property come full circle with the Mayberry family. Shaun's family owns and operates a small construction group that was heavily in the market in the 1990s and developed 259 Ellis Road for the sellers. Engine Distributors owned and occupied the property for the last 16 years. The knowledge and understanding of every inch of the property helped Shaun be effective with the sale, which closed on October 8, 2020.
"Great pleasure working with the Cummins family again and seeing a property my father built continue to be used years later. Showing potential buyers areas where my brother and I poured concrete back in the day was a great experience," Shaun Mayberry said.
