This year’s One Spark event, the world’s largest crowd funding festival, celebrated its most successful event ever. Once again, the show of support that One Spark and our Creators have received from this community is overwhelming.
It is because you show up in record numbers each year (over 320,000 strong in 2015) that we continue to grow. Here are some stats we are proud to share:
• Total attendance was an estimated 320,500, compared to One Spark 2014’s total of 260,000.
• Creators received $93,324.45 in contributions while voting was open compared to $53,739 last year - a 75% increase.
• Preliminary numbers show a total of 82,227 people rode JTA’s skyway, a 16% increase over One Spark 2014’s total ridership of 70,654, and that doesn’t include the shuttles that JTA ran Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Prime Realty and our team attended the festival and were proud to sponsor the ICSC Ignite Downtown event during the 2015 One Spark crowd funding festival. The event was held at the office space for The Cathedral Arts Project located on the top floor of the historic Elks Building on Laura Street in downtown Jacksonville.

Guests enjoyed views of the One Spark action down below from the balcony. The downtown market movers were all in attendance; including Michael Blanky with Chase Properties who is sponsoring Healthy Town and Andre Wallace with the downtown investment authority. The event was successful in bringing like-minded individuals together to further ignite the social core and make JAX happen in 2015.
