Prime Realty Taps Shaun Mayberry For Vice President Role
Prime Realty is excited to announce Shaun Mayberry has taken the role of Vice President of Brokerage Services at Prime Realty in Jacksonville, Florida. Shaun’s focus is primarily on servicing owner occupant industrial and medical office customers. Additionally, he will be assisting the Brokerage division on land dispositions across multiple property types.
Shaun’s background consists of experiences in relation to asset management, large capital improvement project management, development, analysis, due diligence, and investment strategies in commercial real estate. Prior to Prime Realty, Shaun was the Director of Commercial Management at Ash Properties. There Shaun directed strategies pertaining to struggling assets, created capital project leasing tactics, and analyzed functionality & design of current and future development sites. He has also spent time with CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle’s Management Departments.
