Shaun Mayberry Joins Prime Realty as Asset and Acquisitions Manager

Prime Realty is excited to announce the newest team member; Shaun Mayberry, Asset and Acquisitions Manager at Prime Realty in Jacksonville, Florida. Shaun’s focus is primarily on investment analysis and due diligence for internal and external investors. Additionally, he will be directing and creating strategies related to Prime Realty’s property management division and providing investment sales and leasing brokerage services.

Shaun’s background consists of experiences in relation to asset management, large capital improvement project management, development, analysis, due diligence, and investment strategies in commercial real estate. Prior to Prime Realty, Shaun was the Director of Commercial Management with Ash Properties. There Shaun directed strategies pertaining to struggling assets, created capital project leasing tactics, and analyzed functionality & design of current and future development sites. He also led due diligence assessments with retail and office acquisitions as well as presented trends, research, and return analyses associated with prospective retail/office investments. He has also spent time with CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle’s Management Departments.
