“I have worked on the property for 4 years now,” Clark said. “It was a slow start leasing the property. I really do believe Art Walk, One Spark, and now Hemming Park’s new management played an intricate roll in helping retailers and office users to see the viability of Downtown Jacksonville. All these efforts are why users like Cathedral Art’s Project, Jimmy Johns, First Stop Urgent Care, and Bark chose the Elks Building.”
Clark has also closed on several buildings in the riverside area and he believes the strength of the Riverside area is bleeding over into the urban core.
“There is synergy in riverside right now,” he said. “My investors are coming in town from Miami and LA and they feel the energy, its established. Downtown is on its way there.”
