Alex Minoofar and Nick Carcieri Assist George’s Music with Property Sale
JACKSONVILLE BEACH, FL (February 2, 2026) – Prime Realty today announced the property long occupied by George’s Music Store, a well-known Jacksonville Beach landmark, has been successfully sold in a quiet off-market sale. The transaction of the approximately 10,000-square-foot retail building, prominently located along A1A, was brokered by Alex Minoofar of Prime Realty and assisted by Nick Carcieri, who represented both the seller and the buyer in the sale.
George’s Music Store has operated at the location for more than 30 years, and intends to relocate and continue providing the community with a great selection of instruments, musical goods, and lessons. Due to the seller’s ongoing business operations during escrow, the transaction was intentionally conducted off-market with a premium on discretion and flexibility for the Seller.
“Given the Seller’s desire to continue operating their business during the sale process, discretion was a top priority,” said Alex Minoofar. “An off-market approach allowed us to protect their business while identifying a Buyer with a long-term vision for the Property, and the Jacksonville Beach market as a whole.”
As part of the transaction, Prime Realty also negotiated a short-term leaseback, allowing the previous owner to remain in place temporarily while relocating operations to a new site, and the Buyer to finalize their plans for redevelopment and renovations.

The Buyer, Zach Ashourian of Archer Acquisitions, plans to reposition the asset as a multitenant retail center, recognizing the property’s irreplaceable location and with the intent to incorporate a nod to the property’s musical past.
