Kevin Baez has joined Prime Realty as an Associate Director, specializing in retail real estate. His background consist of managament and retail sales, uniquely qualifying him to serve our retail clientel.

"I moved to Jacksonville at the age of 10 and I feel very fortunate to have watched firsthand how a 'big city with a small-town feel' has grown into one of the most rapidly growing cities of the south. I am eager to bring my experience and passion to the fore-front of the real estate industry. I am looking forward to not only watching Jacksonville expotentially grow, but to be apart of that direct process itself by assisting my clients, whether that means helping new businesses or businesses looking to expand, I am here for it."

Kevin aims to play an important role in the shaping of new businesses, as well as those looking to relocate in the current and future markets. He currently lives in Arlington with his son and his significant other. He enjoys traveling, dining at new restauruants in town and riding his motorcycle in his free time.
