Kyle Geary joined Prime Realty in 2023 as Director. He moved to Jacksonville in 2021 and brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience. His expertise and focus is on assisting clients in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties, primarily retail. He also has experience in multifamily, storage and MHP’s.

Over the years, Kyle has built his career by building strong relationships with principals, brokers and developers. His goal is always to provide clients with the best possible service with a focus on helping them achieve their investment goals and building wealth.

Kyle is a licensed real estate broker in both Texas and Florida. He has a BBA in finance from Texas Christian University. In his free time, Kyle spends time with his wife and two young sons. He's also an avid golfer and enjoys hunting and fishing when he finds the time.
