Patrick Murphy joined Prime Realty as an Associate Director with a concentration in Multifamily Investment Sales.

Previously, Patrick was a Business Development Manager for a Commercial Plumbing Manufacturer working with national commercial architecture, interior design and engineering firms as well as major facilities ranging from school districts to stadiums to airports across the East Coast.

When deciding where to buy his first house in 2021, Patrick pulled varying metrics to find the appropriate city to buy his “house hacked” duplex and found Jacksonville, Florida hit on all the key metrics and is excited for the potential growth in Northeast Florida.

Originally from Indiana, Patrick graduated from Indiana University and competed on their nationally ranked Men’s Rugby team that won the Big Ten conference title. In his free time, Patrick enjoys spending time with friends finding new hiking trails or breweries to try.
