Aaron Harden has over 16 years of experience in multifamily real estate, working across nearly every aspect of property management and specializing in asset management. Most recently, as Senior Director of Portfolio Management for a private real estate firm, Aaron led a team overseeing a $2 billion housing fund, improving property performance, guiding operational decisions, and managing key relationships. Before that, as Vice President of Asset Management at one of the nation’s largest multifamily operators, Aaron helped turn around underperforming properties, increased occupancy, and led over $500 million in transactions, including dispositions, refinances, and recapitalizations.

Earlier in his career, Aaron played a key role in scaling a startup to a portfolio of 6,000 beds, overseeing both asset and property management. Prior to that role, he managed a 10,000-unit portfolio and led initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive revenue growth. With an MBA from the University of Florida and a strong background in financial strategy and operations, Aaron focuses on maximizing property value and helping teams perform at their best.
