Nick joined Prime Realty’s brokerage team in 2024 as an Associate Director. He has spent the past two years working in sales for a construction prequalification software company, selling over $2,000,000 in transactions, where his passion for the construction and commercial real estate industry ignited.

Nick assists both property owners and users in sale and lease transactions. He enjoys learning about his customers’ business and is extremely excited to be a part of the rapidly growing real estate industry in Jacksonville. One of Nick’s great passions is being a part of North Florida’s continued growth.

Nick does not miss the brutal Boston winters and in his free time enjoys relaxing on the beach, exploring the many restaurants in the area, golfing, and practicing his surfing.
