“The past five years in commercial real estate has led me to look at real estate differently. The buildings we work with can be so much more then a revenue stream; we have the ability to tell the story and shape the community people live in.” - Matthew Clark
Matthew is the power behind the retail sales engine for Prime Realty. Matthew specializes in 3rd party leasing and marketing for retail shopping centers and urban mixed-use developments. Matthew also handles real estate site selection for both regional and national tenants looking in the Northeast Florida and Georgia markets. Before Marketing Experiments Matthew was a Marketing Assistant for the Vestcor Companies where he helped develop and implement marketing strategies for many of the companies properties.
